Thank you for shopping with Wenhuiwu Building. We are committed to providing high-quality building materials and hardware products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  • Products that have been cut, assembled, customized, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Special-order, clearance, or bulk items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order materials.
  • Electrical components, adhesives, or liquids once opened.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wenhuiwubuilding@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and any restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once processing or shipping has started, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
